EFOY Pro fuel cells must be protected from freezing. This protection procedure is completed ex works and must be repeated if the unit is going to be sent out again.

If you switch on the EFOY Pro fuel cell in wintertime before sending it to your customer, please operate the "Secure Transportation Mode". This procedure protects the device and its components from freezing during transportation. The whole procedure takes about two minutes.
